Training Programs

In addition to directing the Petris Center, Richard Scheffler also directs two federally funded programs that support the training of pre-doctoral and post-doctoral scholars in the design, methodology, and performance of health services research projects. Each of the programs has its own focus, but in both the scholars receive training in research methods, perform research, and produce publishable results. Frequently their research activities overlap Petris Center research projects.
